automatic close tel links (tel url handler)

Situation / issue

• When clicking on a telephone number with a tel-link --> a new Firefox Tab opens with the URL handler
• You can use the url handler to make your call (eg to send the telephone number to your mobile device).
• A blanco tab stays open in Firefox, you need to close this tab manually.

Solution

• When clicking on a telephone number, a new tab opens to activate the URL handler.
• Once the URL handler has been activated, the blanco tab closes itself.
