📌 [Android] Add “Pin Tab” functionality

Currently, Firefox offers Collections to save and reopen sites. But reopening from Collections always opens in a new tab, which means:

• Waiting for the page to reload.

• Getting duplicate tabs if the site is already open.

Proposal:
Add a “Pin Tab” feature in the tab list, allowing users to keep certain tabs always open and easy to access—without reloading or duplicating.

Pinned tabs should:

• Persist across sessions.

• Not be closed accidentally.

• Stay in place when opening new links.

Benefits:

• Faster access to frequently used sites without reloads.

• Prevents duplicate tabs of the same site.

• Improves efficiency for web apps like email, messaging, and dashboards.
