📌 [Android] Add a default target language option for “Translate Page”

Right now, when using the built-in Translate Page feature, users must manually select the target language every time—even if they always translate into the same one.

Proposal:
Add a setting to choose a default target language for translation.

• When translating, Firefox should auto-select this default.

• Users can still change the target language manually when needed.

Benefits:

• Saves time by removing repetitive language selection.

• Improves experience for frequent translation users.

• Matches user expectations from other browsers and translation tools.
