It’d be great if there was an option to turn off the auto-hide of the tabs on the iPad version of Firefox since it’s hard for me to consistently get them back. Hovering over the top of the page with my mouse and hard scrolling consistently don’t work and it is very frustrating when trying to flip between a few tabs. I would rather see the tabs at all times and choose to hide them with a full screen mode if necessary.

I appreciate the continual improvements of Firefox, and the updates that come along.  The frequency that comes weekly is okay.  I have my version of FF set to notify me when a new update is available, but to let me choose when to install.

The improvement you could then make for the updates is on the “Help>About” screen display where it shows “Update to nnn.n.n”  What is new in “”this version””.  What you show is what is new in the currently installed version.

Thanks @Armadilloweb, this is great feedback. And there's actually a similar idea already on Connect here: Firefox Update prompt with link to release notes

Please join that thread, give kudos, and add your input. It really helps as our teams review ideas.

This is a great idea. My auto-hide is buggy on my iPad. It hides and then is really hard to get back sometimes.

I’d love to see this feature available also, “Do not hide tabs when scrolling down a webpage” button in settings.

I am disabled and reading traditional books is difficult. Therefore I use my iPad almost extensively, and I like to do comparative reading and study. I’ve found it very helpful to have three or four open tabs, each to a different source for my study. But every time I want to switch to another tab, I have to scroll back up on that page in order to bring the tabs back in view. This requires having to reposition that first page again when I come back to it. It seems like a simple feature to offer.

Thank you for considering this!
