Allow save downloaded files in memori card in android version like Chrome

Just signed up to mention this, it's rather annoying to move files from internal storage to the memory card.

Kind of silly since the desktop version, this can be done quite easily (set it to an external drive you always keep plugged in to any USB port, or a second physical disk).
