Allow extensions to to override default password manager. Choose Password manager on forms

Dear Mozilla Team,

I am personally a user of a password manager under the name of "Proton Pass" and a lot of times, on login forms, both the default mozilla password manager and protonpass collide with eachother.

My idea is to have a new toggle for extensions to use which would make FireFox recognize multiple password managers and allow you to choose on login forms for it instead of them overlapping.
