Allow both options for vertical tabs

As mentioned by another member here, having both of the options enabled to "Expand on Hover" and "Hide tabs and sidebar" would be an incredible feature. Maybe also having an option to hide the single tab icon indication and expanding only that instead of the entire tab name and icon included.

Something like that would feel like a nice polish on the recent changes. If this is even enabled in the about:config option, that would be incredible.
