Address bar history search should not ignore "#".

Visit a URL with an anchor reference: https://www.example.com/page#test

Use address bar search and type "#test" - if you have a bunch of other urls with "test" in it, the "#test" url is not prioritized as an exact match.

Seems like # is being ignored, which is not helpful and goes against my explicit wish to search for it by typing it into the search!
