Adding a memo space next to the function that autofills IDs and passwords

Adding a memo space next to the function that autofills IDs and passwords.

    Currently, only IDs and passwords are input and
displayed. It would be good if memos could be added here. These
could include points to remember about the account, hints to
avoid forgetting the password, etc. One could also write down
things to remind oneself of when using that account. It is
regrettable to have only IDs and passwords.
