Add the ability to create IMAP folders

Thunderbird Android has no method to create a new IMAP folder. Please add the ability to create folders.

Wow, finally we have Thunderbird for Android, so sick of all the other offerings.

Would love to see the "create folder" option.

Thunderbird Android does not allow the creation of local folders in the same way as can be done on Thunderbird PC. Please add this facility for pop3.
