Add scaling options (Fit / Contain) for New Tab custom wallpapers

The new native wallpaper feature for the New Tab page is awesome, but it currently lacks background scaling options. It forces all uploaded custom images into a locked "Cover" zoom format.

When uploading vertical (portrait) artwork on a standard horizontal (landscape) monitor, the browser zooms heavily into the center, severely cropping out the top and bottom of the art.

Please add simple display adjustments to the native wallpaper sidebar:
- Fit to screen / Contain (shows the full vertical image with padded side margins)
- Stretch to fill
- Cover (current default zoom)

This would make the feature much more dynamic and versatile for different image aspect ratios without requiring custom userContent.css code.
