Please add some padding in the email content area for the Window's app (see image below). I check Thunderbird for Android and there's padding in the email content, though in some of the settings there's no padding on some of the elements.
Also, please add support for inserting pictures along with text on the signature. This will allows recipients to copy text directly from signature or email/call directly from the signature. Currently I use a picture to include all my info, but since it's a picture recipients cannot click on the text to copy/paste. Currently there's no way that I see to include an image (such as a logo) in the signature in the Android app. I suspect a lot of people want the same signature showing up whether using desktop or mobile app. Example:
