Starting with a recent Firefox update, I'm constantly bugged by a pop up asking me whether I want a web page to be translated.

I don't want any kind of suggestion of this kind. I never want any page to be translated by Firefox.

It's hard enough that Microsoft Edge is always unsolicitedly coming up with "great new features" that I neither want nor need and that I have to disable all as soon as they are added. Please, do not follow this annoying habit.

Please add an option to completely disable the Translation feature, including hiding the address bar button.

@WhiteKnight there's a pref in about:config to disable it

The pref is browser.translations.enable - then just toggle it off.

Hope this helps!

There's also an option in the settings to disable translations.
