Add bookmark management feature (i.e. drag bookmarks and move up and down the bookmark list)

In Firefox for Android, please allow us to drag and arrange bookmarks in the bookmarks list.

Mobile firefox should have a convenient feature of organising bookmarks in the bookmarks list, like dragging specific bookmarks up and down in order to gather similar bookmarks together, as per requirement. This bookmark arrangement feature is very convenient. Please add this feature. Please, please provide this feature.

Not just bookmarks, please allow us to drag and arrange firefox homepage shortcuts.
