Add an option to hide the PDF annotation popup and remember the last tool settings

Hello Mozilla team,

First of all, thank you for the built-in PDF editor. It is fast and very useful.

I have two feature requests:

Please add an option to hide the annotation settings popup (color, thickness, transparency) after selecting a drawing tool. It covers part of the document and appears every time.

Please remember the last used annotation settings (color, thickness and transparency), so users can continue drawing without changing the settings again.

These options would make annotating PDFs much faster, especially for students and users who work with PDFs every day.
