Add an oprion to position tabs at the bottom of the screen

I dont remember how it was, if the tabs screen was smaller or had more padding on top, but now, since it went full screen ita hard to reach.

Wouls be cool to have an option to place tabs at the bottom of the screen (like with the address bar)
