I would like to have the ability to copy a Message Filter to another account.  I have multiple email accounts and it would be useful to able to copy at least some of the filters details like:  Name, the Apply, Match and Perform options.  Of course, some of the options might have to be manually adjusted but still reduce some work.

@dd,

The file "msgFilterRules.dat" in the account folder is the file that manages the filter settings. The contents of the file are text files, so you can open it with a text editor and edit it yourself.

If you paste the information you want to copy into the destination account or overwrite the file itself, all filters will be applied.

Ensure that you have a backup of your profile, just in case!

Location of account folder (Profile)
C:\Users\User name\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\Account Folders\Mail\Local Folders
Or, go to Thunderbird Menu > Help > More Troubleshooting Information: Application Basics, Profile Folder: Open Folder > Mail

@天王寺屋

OH!  This sounds like an excellent (temporary) workaround!  Will investigate.

Thanks so much.
