Add a "force garbage collection" button to the memory tab in developer tools

In Chrome, when using the memory tab, we can find leaks very easily by taking a snapshot, doing another task, going back to the original state, and then forcing garbage collection and taking another snapshot. On Firefox, there seems to be no such button, and we are forced to either navigate to about:memory or use an external plugin. Adding a "force garbage collection" button to the memory tab would significantly improve QoL.

I agree, this would be useful feature. It isn't currently on our roadmap, but we'll reconsider when working on planning for 2024.
