Current Situation:
Currently, when a user uses the feature to "Install page as app", Firefox successfully creates shortcuts in the Start menu and the Taskbar. However, there is no user-friendly or intuitive method within the browser to uninstall them.

The Problem:
Users are left without a clear way to remove these apps, often having to manually delete shortcuts or dig into system files, which is frustrating and leaves leftover data.

Proposed Solution:
Please implement a dedicated menu or a section in Firefox settings (perhaps something like an about:apps page or a panel within the Add-ons manager) that displays a list of all currently installed web pages. This menu should include a simple "Uninstall" button for each app to cleanly remove it, deleting the associated shortcuts and site data properly.

First, I agree it's not intuitive... but the reliable way to uninstall a web app is to choose "Remove tab from taskbar" when the site is running:davidrubino_0-1780973101622.png

That said, we are tracking this exact enhancement in the future... the ability to see a list of installed web apps and remove them. I don't have an ETA to offer right now though.

I know it's a feature that was asked for, so I know some find it useful, but I'm not one of them.

All it ever does is startle me when I accidently click it (intending to click the "Toggle reader view") then wondering OMG what just happened.

Just allowing it to be removed from the address bar with "Customize toolbar ...", would be a real improvement.  Although I agree with @Konstantinos21 that it doesn't belong on the address bar at all - it's a seldom used (I suspect) feature that doesn't need to be that prominent.
