about:newtab should not be bookmarkable by dragging to toolbar

Sometimes when I drag a new tab to separate it from the window I miss click and let it go on the bookmark toolbar. This creates a new bookmark entry for about:newtab. My idea is to stop this from happening.

Somewhat separately; there might be a bug related to deleting multiple "about:newtab" bookmarks. I was only able to delete a single bookmark entry by means of either right-clicking the bookmark toolbar entry directly to delete it followed by closing and opening a new tab, or by re-opening the bookmark manager between each entry delete.
