Ability to undo deletion of Junk folder... or just disallow deletion in the first place

As nicely detailed here, Thunderbird allows you to move the "Junk/Bulk" folder into the "Trash" folder by deletion via context menu.

Problem is, this makes it impossible for Users to move the folder back without a plugin.

Please add the ability to do so without a plugin, or prevent this Problem from ocurring in the first place.
