A button on the interface for clearing the data cache and cookies (Or short-cut key)

For a very long time I have wanted to have a button right on the interface of my Firefox that lets me clear the cache data and cookies with just a click. That way I don't have to waste precious time opening the settings, going to privacy and security, scrolling down and then clearing the cache and cookies.  I like to delete my cache and cookies often. 

I would try to build a add on for this purpose but I don't know anything about making add-ons for Firefox. I think it would not only be useful for everyone but in particular for web developers who might want to create new server-side sessions often.

It would be so nice if there was a button for that, a short-cut key, or even a button on the main drop down menu. It probably wouldn't be hard to implement. Firefox is my favourite browser for over 10 years. This is the only thing I desperately want. Otherwise I like it a lot.

Right now, one has to go Settings, pick Privacy & Security, Scroll down to Clear Cache, click on "clear cache"  the dialog box, confirm ..... a five or six step process.  Come on!  Really silly and thoughtless.  We do it with one-click in Chrome/Brave!

How often do you clear the cache? Would this be when you are using the Developer Tools, or just ordinary browsing?

Here is another method but you need to be careful to not clear other data accidentally. It involves using the "Clear Recent History" dialog (Ctrl+Shift+Delete on Windows):

Suddenly I am having to delete cache info repeatedly.  I am working on the pictures for my store site.  I fix them often and need to see the results.  So far, have had to do this 7-8 times today, and more to come.  I never had to do this this prior to last week or so.  I would fix pictures, upload to my site and refresh my page and the new pics would show up.  Now, every single time, I have to clear the cache to see the new pics.  What happened?  Why is firefox making my work so much harder?

Clear Browsing Data is the extension on the tool bar that I have.  It works great for cookies, cache, browsing history and more.  The only thing better would be to give me an option to NOT save these things.
