Make Clearing Cache a one-step process

Right now, one has to go Settings, pick Privacy & Security, Scroll down to Clear Cache, click on "clear cache" the dialog box, confirm ..... a five or six step process. Come on! Really silly and thoughtless. We do it with one-click in Chrome/Brav...
