To clear cookies/site data/cache, one has to click Settings, Settings again, then Privacy & Security, then scroll down and click Clear Data, then click Clear again, then click Clear Now. Whew! (wipes brow) That is six clicks and a scroll, when it would make more sense to just click once in the menu bar. In Seamonkey, Shift+Control+Delete clears all this plus per-site permissions in NoScript, but in Firefox it doesn't, and there are still cookies, site data, and cache when you 6-&-a-scroll. Thank you.

To my knowledge a function similar to what you describe has been in the Developer channel as of 136.0b3:

(Address bar) Certificates button → [Clear cookies and site data...] → Confirm in new message box.

It's still three mouse actions, and I can't find if there's a keyboard shortcut for this.
