Want to hide new extension menu on the toolbar

I just don't want to use new extension menu added on the toolbar in latest nightly, since it is one of the reasons I'm using Firefox rather than Chrome.

Yeah idk why they added that menu to the toolbar since it doesn't even function the same as chrome allowing you to access the extensions which this doesn't it is only there to manage extensions, so its pointless.

Why in the last update (v111) does this option no longer work?

option has been removed. You now need to use  userChrome.css  to hide the extension button.

Please make it hidable again in v111.0 and onward . Please. Pretty please? If it is bug not to be able to hide it, okay, bugs are fixable. Say it is bug and you are working on it. If it is something that you are hard set upon then please change it to being able to hide it. Thanks.

Longer version: Please add option to remove the puzzle icon. Every other icon is removable, hidable. Even this has been by tweaking in about config. Not anymore? Why? You do not want people using your browser? Or you think that if it looks like the rest of them you will get new users? Wrong, wrong, wrong on all. Firefox is minimalistic browser that users - user can set up to their preferences. Not one person in this forum likes this - not being able to remove it, which is actually something - you got people that usually have difficulty agreeing on anything - no offence people in general, to agree that it is not the way to do it. Please! Or you are gonna lose more users, because when someone is "shopping" for new browser negative reviews and people fleeting browser are the worst advertising.

I wholeheartedly agree - the option to remove it or hide it should be given to users. The fact that it isn't is absolutely ridiculous.

I really think the option to hide and/or reposition the extension manager toolbar button should be a feature. Sometimes it just looks bad because I will enable "Pin to Toolbar" for a particular add-on and sometimes it will pin to the Right-hand side of the ExtensionButton while most other add-ons will pin to the Lefthand side of the ExtensionButton. It might not functionally be a problem but it's annoying that it can't be changed.

Hello

Allow to move unified extensions button on the navbar https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1820743
Can I remove the extensions button from the toolbar or customize its location? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/extensions-button
You can customize its location by moving it to a different position on the navigation toolbar

You don't see the star in the address bar
This is normal, and for this reason I use a userChrome.css code
#star-button-box {display:none!important;}
