The mobile version of Firefox version 133.0 lacks many features.

For example:

  • Export all tabs as a file
  • Import bookmarks from a file
  • Manually sort each bookmark in the bookmark interface
  • Choose to display tabs in list or thumbnail mode
  • Import extensions from a file in the extension manager

Although there is an "import extension from file" function in the debug menu that appears after clicking the Firefox icon multiple times in the "About Firefox" interface, it is hoped that this function can be available without opening the debug menu.

It’s true that the mobile version of Firefox 133.0 feels a bit limited compared to its desktop counterpart. Some advanced features, add-ons, and customization options are missing, which can be frustrating for users who rely on them. However, Mozilla is continuously working on updates, so hopefully we’ll see improvements soon.

Firefox for Android version 133.0 is still missing several desktop features like:

  • Export/import tabs or bookmarks

  • Sorting bookmarks manually

  • Changing tab view (list/thumbnail)

  • Installing extensions from file (only works via hidden debug menu)

Mozilla rebuilt Firefox Android for speed and privacy first, so many tools haven’t returned yet. You can still sync bookmarks and tabs using a Firefox Account, but other functions are not available right now.
