Using strike s> del> in HTML upon a emoji is not showed with a line upon. Correct this.

Hi, I noticed that since a recent update, using strike> s> del> in HTML, or WP article, upon a emoji, is not showed properly with a line upon in navigator.
Correct this please. Taqe kare.
