Attachment of incoming mail, not saving to computer

The attachment in the incoming mail, could not be saved to the specified folder. It is not not saving anywhere in the computer. In the settings for saving I have given "ask everytime". How to resolve this issue.

Search on address bar randomly changes search engines

I have an issue with search on Firefox version 144.1 (iPadOS 26.0.1 and iOS 18.7.1), where my default search engine selection (Kagi) in Firefox's settings are not respected, and will randomly change if I enter a search term in the address bar.
