Just seen that the BBC is considering legal action against perplexity for using their content without authorisation, this is the chatbot firefox wants to be promoting?
so if what you actually did was make it *possible* to add this chatbot as a search engine, then why also automatically add it for people who don't want it without notifying us it was being added?
didn't appreciate this being added to my search engine list without warning, I managed to type the trigger letter accidentally and open the chatbot page, easily removed from the list, but I'd rather it wasn't forced in the first place
