The PDF Viewer keyboard shortcuts seem lacking...

It would be useful to have keyboard shortcuts for the buttons that control the sidebar that displays the content outline in the PDF Viewer. As far as I know, no such shortcuts exist. I like to save space, but I am not a fan of presentation mode so I find myself constantly clicking the toggle button to show/hide the sidebar. Also, for some reason many of my pdfs open with the content outline fully expanded. For documents with a lot of headings and sub-headings, this can make scrolling to a specific heading in the side bar a pain in the ass. So I am also frequently clicking the content outline toggle button. One last shortcut that would be helpful would be one that focuses/highlights the first heading directly, then you could just navigate with the keys from there to each subsequent heading. The only way I know to do this currently is to hit the tab button about 20 times to cycle the focus through all of the buttons/fields that come before the sidebar.

Maybe you saw it already, but there was a reply that F4 opens/closes the sidebar, and also a reference to the option to file a bug with Mozilla, since Mozilla can and does modify the viewer when building it into Firefox.

I added this to the Issues list for the pdf.js project, which is the web app version of the view that gets built into Firefox:

F4 doesn't work for me. Actually most of my Function keys don't do anything. Could be a Linux thing though. Is there any setting or property in the about:config that controls the pdf outline? Also, why did that github post emphasize the built-in pdf viewer? Is the pdf viewer that is built-in to the browser not the one and only viewer firefox uses to read pdfs?

I use the ad-hoc text insertion tool A LOT.

Would be great to add a shortcut to activate that tool, like there already is for the text selection and hand tools.
