My organization prefers to use Firefox and other open source tools. However, increasingly, we cannot access some federal sites - we can't get passwords to required grant reporting systems to work. The help desks require us to use Chrome or a few other browsers. We think federal agencies should serve its constituents regardless of the platforms they choose to use. Are others having this experience and is Mozilla addressing this issue?

Can you share URL of the page you can't use in Firefox? And some instructions so we can try to reproduce the problem? Thank you!

Some Googling revealed these sites mentioning the issue:

Other results were too specific. It's puzzling why they claim to only support Chrome when Firefox strives for strong standards compatibility.
