Repeated Outlook Authentication Prompts in Thunderbird Disrupt Workflow

I am using Thunderbird with multiple accounts. Sometimes, I lose the login credentials for Outlook. When this happens, an authorization window opens, prompting me to log in again. The problem is that I cannot properly continue working with Thunderbird while this window is open. Even after closing it, the window reappears at least three more times

If I ignore it and try to send an email using a different mail account, the email does not appear to be sent. The small sending window (with the progress bar) just stays open for several minutes. When I click 'Cancel,' Thunderbird tells me that the email was sent, but it couldn't save a copy in the Sent folder.

This issue might be caused by the pop-up window of the (unused) Outlook account. A better solution would be a prompt asking the user whether they want to resolve the issue with account XYZ now or later. That way, time-sensitive emails can still be sent using another account configured in Thunderbird, and the login issue can be addressed afterward

Even while writing this report, the login dialog unexpectedly popped up AGAIN! It is very intrusive since closing the login window immediately causes it to pop up again.
