problem solving with firefox platform

Firefax has taken over my Amazon account on the internet and will not let me order anything on Amazon. It is the main way I buy on Amazon, and have been for the last few years. Always no problem. Fine my item, order it and it arrives. NO MORE. Firefox no longer gives me the ability to order. WHY?????
