'legally defensive attitude' means mozilla still insist 'won't say sorry cause it's legally admit'?

Making moves

i'd seen video interview with Ryan Sipes.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctg5QzSt5tg
and also seen Sören Hentzschel keep downvote all around in Github and Mozzilla Connect.

one thing i'm feeling strange and really curious about is not his empathetic head nod and exaggerated smile Ryan Sipes talking about 'between regulatory authorities and actual user side'.
start with current situation and 'forks who wrote this are lawyers that contribute to this opensource community long times, not the guys who you think they are'

in this kind issue happens, either really truly feels or not, usually just down they're head and say sorry, describe 'what we did wrong and which specific things that mistake about'

not just about 'wrote never ever in codes' from the first place like rookie lawyer or 'absolute never is not absolute never' kind logical errors, already firefox lose 'users confidence & trust' tons of time.

really problem at this time is, even mozilla isn't try to 'morally apology' or 'legally withdrawal'.
acting like 'it's already settled and ended, no need more conversation about this issue.'
close thread in github, dump to mozilla forum and 'recommend to shout out on the air' not even gratified from forum post, make one more threads and pin all the thing downs to others.

if Mozilla really 'desperate at user trusts', compare with mozilla's past attitude in simmilar cases, this kind behavior is relatively surprised.
not much consistant mood, much like 'buy some times' attitude
honestly in 2025, there's no reasons to use firefox from the first place.
only reason that peoples use this is 'non-chromium base', 'non-advertise platform' policy.
now see this, even major press didn't ask to mozzilla about this issue further, only youtubers and clickbait business concern about.

who care the 'chromium base privacy friendly' pesudo browsers?
shove tons of crypto and NFT crime laundry and scam bundles then call themself 'safe & secure'?

Mozilla already notice and count peoples and expect 'they don't had any alternative and peoples won't transition to others, so we could use same strategy with google's chromium-chrome two track or two stacks of controlled codes of advertise platform'

but it's too late to transition mozilla as data business company, too much late on current market shares.
basicly suicide in real time and dead with gether other forks.
either policy is changed or not, last reason to use Firefox is gone, scale and functionality, R&D and field adopt about new concept and technics are already far behind.
even hipster of hipster lose to reason to use it.

if already many employee farewell from here, there's any posibility to sustaining current emplyee from this data business, in this kind ultra low market shares?
even in all the Executive cut own wages, this kind huge complex web brower projects, can't archieve from those financial scales.
already sinking inside, and outside on human resource.
keep shrinking again and at last, even all the single contributor in bugzilla turn back from it.

is mozilla really opportunist group nowdays?
very different with my memory 20 years ago.
