Somewhere within the last couple of updates I've noticed that the pinned tabs on my Home page are moving around. I have 4 rows of tabs, and the pinned tabs were always in the top 2 rows, and they stayed there. Now, suddenly, new tabs that I've opened are appearing in those first 2 rows, displacing the pinned tabs, which is driving me nuts.
How about an option to choose whether ONLY pinned tabs appear on the Home page (i.e., not allow recently-opened tabs to show up there), and/or an option to reserve some or all rows only for pinned tabs.

Pinned tabs on the home page would make it much easier to keep frequently used resources organized and accessible without having to search through multiple open tabs. I also find it helpful to keep useful research tools handy when switching between different tasks, such as check here for quick access to relevant information.
