If you select text on a webpage, you can then right click and choose "Copy Link to Highlight":
This creates a link which jumps-back to that text on the page, after the page has loaded. Useful for scrolling back-down to where you were on a page next-time you visit it (assuming that text is still there next-time, of-course!).
However the current-wording isn't very-clear what the feature does.
I'd propose changing it to either:
Copy Link to Selected Text
Create Link to Selected Text
