On some PDFs, I cannot scroll downward through pages. The only way to navigate to the next or previous page is to click the arrows in the upper left hand corner, which is frustrating. I've tried changing scroll settings using about:config pdfjs but to no avail. Is there a fix for this? I even messed around with PDF document properties in Adobe Acrobat and it didn't fix this issue.
