Opening Recently Closed Tab Goes To Top Of List

Edit: I guess this is a nightly feature, but I don't see how I can delete this post.

On Android, opening a recently closed tab puts it at the top of the tab list. It would make more sense if they opened at the bottom, like a new tab.
