I often receive emails with attached or embedded images that are FAR larger than they need to be.
I know I can delete these attachments to save space on the mail server (or local folders). But I'd much rather have the ability to resize the images and keep the messages (essentially) intact.
This seems ripe for a Thunderbird extension - but I've not found one. (I have, of course, found numerous extensions that allow the sender to reduce image sizes - but nothing for received messages).
Thoughts?
