Is Firefox DevTools for designers? / Firefox DevTools

After reading this article, I realized that "Firefox DevTools is a wealth of tools available in GUI that I think is for designers!" I realized that it is.

Indeed, the Firefox Developer Edition page shows that you can fine-tune CSS grids and fonts using the GUI. And if it can also do things like clipping, that seems like it would be for designers.

But nowhere on the Mozilla page does it say "Firefox is for designers". Well, I guess that's not the only reason, so I guess it's not surprising.

Currently, with the development of Adobe Dreamweaver stalled, so-called designers are running out of options for tools when working with HTML. Many seem to be using Visual Studio Code, but that is difficult to use. I still think it is for programmers.

So, I would like Mozilla to focus more on a GUI development environment. No, I thought it would be different if it was done from that angle, even if it is still the same as it is now, just backward.

I am unsure whether I understand the question here. But, Firefox Developer Tools are definitely suitable for web designers. Good starting page to learn about the HTML/CSS Inspector features might be here:

Thanks for the reply.

I was surprised that I didn't have the perspective that Firefox is for designers.

I was very interested in the Firefox Source Docs, and I think the lack of detailed and easy-to-understand documentation on Developer Tools is a shame, too. I think it's a shame that the people who really need it don't understand it.

I wish Mozilla would put more effort into public relations.

Mozilla

Agreed (and we are currently discussing what steps we could take to improve DevRel)
