As far as I can determine, there is no way to edit the fonts used in the signature in the Account Settings.
It should be possible to specify fonts in the signature (I use English and Japanese fonts in my signature) without using HTML formatting. I don't know how to use HTML anyway!
Please aadd this in a new version!
