Don't prefix https:// for localhost, when after attempting to navigate a website

Hi,

When after navigating an https://www. website, I find that if I remove the aforementioned prefix, and enter locahost instead, e.g., example.com/example, then enter localhost/example, that it insists on https:// from then on in a Tab.

Please change this behavior
