Bookmarks not showing, pinned extensions and buttons messing around

Known issues after updates from last week:

1. Bookmarks are not showing up even though "Bookmarks toolbar > always show" is checked;
2. Toolbar buttons and pinned extensions have messed around;

I have beening haveing the same issue since 1.32b2 and I was first very surprised that I have done something wrong but then I realized I had to reset bookmarks menu to default. This error is still remaining in 1.32b5. Something has happended with the add-ons menu.
