I think having a dialog for renaming folders feels out-of-date, and that instead a text box should appear in place, like the windows and macos explorers do for renaming folders.
In Blogs & News Feeds accounts, the contextual button for New message in the Folder Pane Header is disabled. I suggest that it should instead say 'add feed' and thus direct to the 'manage feed subscriptions' dialog box
