Here is my own unsubstantiated opinion of Firefox updates. For a start, as far as I believe, no other program requires constant updates like Firefox ! When there is a new update to Firefox and I dismiss it the many times a day it interrupts my screen...

I finally gave in and updated firefox to 99.0.1 and what a mistake. Everything is so slow to load it's ridiculous. Thanks Mozilla it's been a great ride but pretty sure I am finally done.

Why is it that when Firefox tells me there is an update and I refuse a few times I start to get lots of spam emails ? Is this a Mozilla scare tactic ?
