Wider and less spaced out rows for Blank Tab.

currently a blank tab can support 4 rows of 8 bookmarks, and thats fine, but theyre arranged in such a way that theyre always stuck in the middle of the page, with an enormous amount of wasted space on both sides. as someone who uses a wide monitor, im constantly having to zoom out of the tab to put all 4 rows on the page, and it results in them all being in a small square in the middle, but with an obnoxious amount of vertical space between rows that doesnt need to be there.
