Why don't you bring back the Open file or save file window before downloading?

Please, bring it back, I don't want to save all files to my PC.

I also badly miss the opportunity to choose for myself whether to save or just open a downloaded file.  It's a serious time waster at worst and annoyance at best.  Annoying enough for me to go looking for a browser that supports me better.
