Expected (Firefox used to work that way a few weeks ago I think):

When I right-click on an image and do "save image as", I expect the "Save" button to have the focus, so that pressing enter triggers the download.

When I click on a link to download a file, I also expect the "Save" button to have the focus, so that pressing enter triggers the download.

Current:

After "save image as", the "Save" button is shown but the image still has the focus, and if the image is a link, pressing enter makes Firefox browse to the linked page; the Save button is still shown. This happens on Google when searching for images.

After clicking on a link to download a file, the "Save" button is shown but the link still has the focus, pressing enter makes Firefox open a second pop-up menu to pick the save location!
