When adding a bookmark from the toolbar, decrease the scroll speed for adding a location

Hi there! 

When I click on the star in the toolbar to add a favourite. I find after clicking the dropdown arrow to choose my location very finicky. I have many folders, and subfolders, and if I don't intentionally go slowly with my scroll, it jumps very far ahead. Is there a way to decrease the speed in about:config? If not, the default should change to be significantly slower. Thank you!
