WebView for WinRT/UWP/WinUI

Edge WebView2 is too hard to use. Is it possible to provide Windows developers with an open-source, WinRT component-based, customizable WebView that is not dependent on any specific UI framework? That way, it could offer a better user experience for web content embedded in UWP/WinUI, just like Android WebView.

I like this idea, but nothing actually help WinRT/UWP/WinUI because those API's sets is very slow and unusable by design. And many people, including me switching to Linux right now, I definitely recommend CachyOS with KDE and with disable visual effects. It's fast, efficient and more useful for anyone actually compare to any Windows since 8 and up to latest 11.
